We supply and install utilities.

Freshwater.

This can either be from the public water mains pressure supply or roof catchment of rainwater. The latter requires plastic or concrete storage tanks inground or above ground. Non-mains systems require water pumps, and water filtration can be installed on any system. Whatever your needs for fresh water supply is, we can supply and install a solution.

Wastewater.

The contaminated water produced from domestic activities in dwellings consisting of all waste, greywater or blackwater. Our scope of work starts from in-slab or under-house pipework to either concrete or plastic septic tank and treatment systems, then piped to either a land application system or the public wastewater system.

Stormwater.

The collection and discharge of excess rainwater from roofs, driveways, patios, pathways and water tank overflows. This is then either piped to a connection to the public stormwater system, a dispersal over the ground surface or discharged to the ground by soakage. We handle all the earthworks and the supply and install of all types of stormwater systems.

Plumbing and gas.

Pre-slab and underslung plumbing. Piping waters from interior fixtures to the building perimeter (water in and waste out). This plumbing work connects to our wastewater or freshwater systems. We do not supply interior fixtures or complete interior fitoffs.

Natural gas supply from the public network or bottled LPG gas. We trench, supply, install and certify, including the califont.

Electricity.

For the mains supply of electricity to your home. Trenches are dug to a minimum depth of 600mm, then conduit and cable is placed in the trench with danger tape 200mm above and again just under the surface. The top section of the trench can be used for other utility mains such as telecommunications or water. We handle mains supply from boundary to board, and builders’ temporary supply. The homeowner will need to arrange a connection from the electricity provider of their choice.

Telecommunications.

This provides the connection for your phone or internet. The usual process is for us to install a conduit with draw wire, the client is to arrange the cable install and connection with the service provider they choose.

This conduit can go in the top section of your electrical trench or we can dig a separate trench for the telecommunications cable if preferred.
